Best Idea: Top Chef Watch Party

They  hosted a panel discussion with a local chef, a foodie, a restauranteur and a tourism pro to talk about what it was like to bring the show to Milwaukee as well as be on the show.

It was a well-attended event that showed great enthusiasm for the Milwaukee dining scene. It helped them maintain their position as local dining aficionados and it was awesome audience engagement. The event landed itself on the local broadcast news station–again, furthering their reach and brand impact.

By the Numbers:

There wasn’t much on the revenue or expense side related to the event. The VIP ticket revenue padded a little cash for future event investments and their expenses were little to nothing. They traded advertising for the venue space and beer. The panelists contributed at no cost.
