CUSTOMER SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER, Open Sky Media, Inc.

Open Sky Media is looking for a new team member to oversee the customer service function post-contract signing for Austin Monthly, San Antonio Magazine and their affiliated products. Candidates should be a hard working team player with a patient, positive communication style. This position will work closely with the sales, accounting and art departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Traffic print advertising production from sale to publication, working with account executives and clients to communicate requirements and collect ad materials
-Serve as the conduit between sales, production, and accounting and customer
-Upload all contracts to the CRM system
-Communicate with clients on all invoicing, payments, and collections
-Manage barter collection & reconciliation
-Be the in-office expert on CRM system
-Create & maintain processes to manage communication & workflow

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience in fast-paced office environment; media, marketing or agency experience preferred
-Detail oriented; very organized; strong time and project management skills and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly and positively in everyday and tense situations
-Self-motivated and independent
-Strong computer ability; CRM experience preferred
-Strong systems & project management experience
-College degree preferred
-Design knowledge helpful
